1. Scope

Neustonorix B.V. publishes this statement for neustonorix.digital (Dutch and English) about our recording studio at Overtoom 282 in Amsterdam. It does not cover streaming platforms or social networks where clients publish material after a session.

The European Accessibility Act raises expectations for digital services; we follow that direction and improve the site step by step.

2. Standard and status

We use Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as a target. We do not promise full conformance on every detail, but structural accessibility comes before decorative effects.

This text was updated on 15 October 2026. We review at least yearly or after major layout changes.

4. Known limitations

Website: decorative motion may distract; users with “prefers-reduced-motion” get calmer presentation where possible. OpenStreetMap links open an external site outside our control.

Studio: reach us via Tram 1 to Surinameplein, then about four minutes on foot via Overtoom; bus 15 stops on Overtoom. Bike rack outside; on-street car parking nearby (paid, evening rate).. There is a threshold at the entrance, narrow corridors and no lift to the live room (38 m²). The vocal booth (8 m²) and control room (22 m²) are walkable; for band recording with up to 5 musicians at once, space may be tight for wheelchair users. Call 020 248 3164 before booking so we can plan within Mon–Fri 09:00–21:00 · Sat 10:00–18:00.

Content: guides sometimes use jargon; we add short explanations where helpful.

5. Feedback

If you hit a barrier on the site, email [email protected] with the URL, browser and a short description. We acknowledge receipt and say what we will change or when a fix is planned.

If you believe our response is insufficient, you may complain to a regulator or the Netherlands Institute for Human Rights where discrimination is alleged. We prefer to resolve issues via contact.
