As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days if the service is not fully performed. If you request a date within that window you pay for the part already done on withdrawal. Bespoke music production falls under statutory exceptions; detail in terms.

For a three- to four-minute pop or rap track we usually plan two to four studio hours depending on prep. More takes need more time; we reflect that in the quote.

Up to 5 at once in the 38 m² hall. Everyone gets an individual headphone mix. Larger ensemble? Discuss upfront via contact.

One or two visitors in the control room is normal. Larger groups can distract; tell us beforehand so we can arrange seating and monitoring.

Only on your request and if the next slot allows. We bill per started half hour at the booked service rate from services.

From 16 with written consent from a parent or guardian who books and pays. Under 16 we cannot host sessions.

24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless your project uses another sample rate. Mix and master via download link; DDP on mastering is a separate option at €45.

12 months after the last session on secured storage. Then we delete raw files unless you ask in writing to extend. Keep your own backups.

Yes. Follow stems for mixing guide: naming, sample rate and exports without bus limiting. Send a link; we confirm receipt within 2 working days.

2 rounds with concrete email feedback. Extra rounds bill per hour at mix or master rates. See mixing and mastering.

On request when the recording allows. Mention it when booking; otherwise we charge per track at the mix rate.

After full payment, recordings for your project are yours within the quote terms. We claim no co-authorship on your songs. Bespoke production exceptions are in terms.

No. We do not use client material to train machine-learning models and we do not create voice clones without separate written consent.

With prior approval and correct naming Neustonorix and address. We do not publish client logos without written agreement.

We process contact details to reply and invoice. Retention and rights are in privacy policy; cookies in cookie policy. Processor agreement: DPA.

FormSubmit delivers to [email protected]. We read it on working days and keep it as long as needed for follow-up, then per privacy policy.

Yes, 21 % VAT is included in €68 and all figures on services. An excl. VAT column sits beside for business admin.

Vocals: block €245 or day €465. Band: half day €335 or full day €615. Mix EP €520, master album €295 — all incl. VAT.

Monday to Friday 09:00–21:00, Saturday 10:00–18:00, by appointment only. Closed Sundays. Outside hours we reply on working days.
