1. Purpose of the website
neustonorix.digital is the information site of Neustonorix B.V., a recording studio at Overtoom 282 in Amsterdam. We describe services such as vocal recording, mixing and mastering, practical guides in the guides hub and answers in the FAQ. Nothing here replaces an individual quote or contract.
2. No legal or financial advice
Notes on copyright, loudness or budgeting help you prepare; they are not legal, tax or investment advice. For sample clearance, covers or publishing deals, consult your own advisers. Binding terms are in our terms and conditions and your quote; company details are in the legal notice.
3. Rates, technical specs and availability
Displayed prices — for example €335 for a half-day band recording or €195 per finished audiobook hour — are indicative and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Engineer availability, rooms (live room 38 m², control room 22 m²) and gear may vary by week.
Streaming, vinyl or publisher specifications change; we follow your brief or platform document, but you remain responsible for third-party acceptance. See master delivery formats for common file choices.
4. Outcomes and subjective quality
Recording and mixing are creative and technical processes. Examples, photos and descriptions illustrate our workflow; they do not promise an identical outcome for every project. Session results depend on preparation, arrangement, instruments and choices during tracking — topics we cover in the vocal guide and the stems guide.
Liability limits are set out in article 13 of the terms.
5. Links, cookies and third-party services
Links to external sites (maps, the EU ODR platform) are provided for convenience; we do not continuously review those sites and are not responsible for their content. Our cookie practices are in the cookie policy; personal data in the privacy policy.
The contact form and some embeds may process data via providers outside the EU/EEA; see the privacy policy for transfers and safeguards.
6. Changes
We may update text, photos and indicative rates on neustonorix.digital when services or law change. Dates at the top of each page and the 15 October 2026 / 15 October 2026 fields show when documents were revised. For ongoing jobs, the terms in force when you accepted the quote apply.
